Navdeepam Foundation does not sell, dispatch, or deliver any physical goods. We are a non-commercial organization and do not operate as an e-commerce or product-based entity.

2. Digital Communication Only

All confirmations, acknowledgments, receipts, or updates are shared via:

  • Email

  • SMS or phone call

  • WhatsApp (when applicable)

There are no shipping charges, delivery estimates, or tracking services involved.

3. Report Misuse

If you receive any suspicious communication or claim regarding shipment or delivery of goods from our name, please report it immediately to: mahesh@navdeepam.org
