Education: The Turning Point
Academic excellence became Monika’s gateway to a new future. With scholarships, fee waivers, and community support, she pursued engineering, eventually completing her Master’s degree from Rutgers University, USA — expanding her journey across continents.
She went on to work with global organizations including IBM, HSBC, Volkswagen, and Johnson & Johnson, building over 18 years of international HR leadership experience across India, the US, UK, UAE, Italy, Singapore and South Africa.
Today, she is the Founder of NeoSeven Solutions, a global HR & Business consulting firm that boasts a global footprint spanning 45+ countries across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific regions.
“The magic for me has been the insightful minds and bold, intentional hearts I get to connect with every day from all corners of the globe, reaching places I never knew existed! Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine rising from penury to create something so meaningful, so impactful” reflects Monika with awe and gratitude.

Rooted in her experiences, Monika’s vision for the foundation is to empower underprivileged students with the education, tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to rise, just as she did. Through this initiative, she hopes to honor her mother Deepa’s legacy, her family’s resilience, and the kindness that uplifted her when she needed it most.
The name “NavDeepam” beautifully encapsulates the essence of Monika and her family’s journey. “Nav” represents the Navandar family legacy, “Deepa” honors Monika’s mother, whose unshakable strength lit their way through the darkest times, and “M” symbolizes Monika, her brother Mayur, and her husband Mahesh, united in their resilience and support for one another through life’s storms. Together, they form “NavDeepam”, a testament to resilience, love, and perseverance.
